I have 18+ years of industry experience working at companies. During that period, I've helped countless individuals get their first job, first promotion, negotiate offers, and more. I've worked across different concentrations as a Head of HR, a Project Manager, and an Operations Manager and have insight on how to transition between the fields.

With a career that spans HR, banking, construction, telecommunications, finance, operations, and technology, I’ve seen it all - individuals who rise through the ranks and others who get stuck.
